We do not allow discount codes to be used with your marketing material.
Affiliates must not link to us from websites that contain inappropriate material, such as adult content. We also reserve the right to suspend if we have reasonable grounds to believe our terms have been breached.
No. Affiliates are not allowed to bid on or actively market search engine terms with the word "LunaHost" in. Linking to us from your website is fine.
When we change something in terms and conditions of our programme, lower the commissions or when there's a possibility of our website being unavailable, we would like to give a 7 days notice to our publishers, where possible.
International customers will benefit from choosing an affiliate program in their area to simplify billing, avoid communication complications and relevant people. At the moment our services only cover the UK but we’re hoping to expand into other countries soon!
When a visitor clicks on an affiliate link they'll be taken to LunaHost and a cookie is saved to their computer. If the visitor then places an order with the cookie present (by default the cookie lasts for 3 months) then you will earn a commission on that sale.
If the affiliate cookie was later cleared or blocked from the user's computer, the affiliate would not receive commission for subsequent referrals.
